Pebblefall Privacy Policy

Who we are
Pebblefall is made by KADlabs, an independent studio based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("we"). This policy covers the Pebblefall app on Google Play and the App Store.
Pebblefall collects no personal data
There are no accounts, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking of any kind. The app does not send anything about you or your play to us or to anyone else.
What stays on your phone
Your settings, scores, statistics and any game in progress are stored on your device and are never sent to us or to anyone else. If your phone's own backup is switched on (Google or iCloud backup), they are included in that backup so they can come back on a new phone; that backup belongs to your account, not to us.
Purchases
The one-time Pebblefall Complete unlock is sold through the Apple App Store or Google Play. The store handles the payment; we never see your card or account details. The store only tells the app whether you own the unlock, so it can be restored on a new phone.
Keeping and deleting your data
Everything stays on your device until you remove it: uninstalling Pebblefall, or clearing its storage in your phone's settings, deletes it. Nothing is sent to us, so we hold no copy to keep or delete, and there is no account to close. A phone backup is kept or deleted under your Google or Apple account's own settings. The store keeps the record of your purchase under its own privacy policy.
Sharing a result
The Share result button passes a short line of text (your daily challenge result and a link to Pebblefall's store page) to your phone's share menu. It goes only to the app and people you choose; Pebblefall itself sends nothing.
Phone features the app uses
Internet access is used only by the store's purchase system. The app gives short vibrations as pieces land, on drops and on clears (this can be turned off in Settings) and keeps the screen on while a game is being played. None of these collect or store any data.
Security
Because nothing leaves your device, there is no server copy of your data for us to protect: it is as safe as your phone itself. Purchases are handled entirely by Google Play's or Apple's own secure payment systems.
Children
Pebblefall does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children.
Changes
If a future version ever adds anything that handles data, this policy will be updated first and the change described in the release notes.
